Private Mini Festival, Kent
Over the summer, Broad Bean Events was tasked with creating a down-to-earth festival vibe for over 200 people in the grounds of a private house in Kent, which would appeal to adults and children alike. After numerous site visits and personal consultations with the client, we established their objective to deliver an event with high production values, but retain a relaxed, chilled-out atmosphere.
To maximise the venue’s natural beauty we created a custom canopy to enclose an extensive walled garden, making it suitable for dinner and dancing regardless of the weather. Then adding a bamboo clad bar, light installations and a black LED dance floor, we ensured each element blended in with the natural environment. Relaxation zones for adults and children were also added in the grounds’ several vantage points, positioned across the forest and overlooking the sea for stunning views.
Finished with zorbing football for the children on the Sunday, both the clients and the guests were enthralled by how Broad Bean Events had brought such an interactive and engaging concept to life, keeping the journey flowing across the weekend. With guests commenting that they have never dined in such a spectacular and stunning environment, we have already been asked to coordinate next year’s event.
